What this site is
This site describes the software T One Solutions builds — Alpha, Beta and the built-to-order work called Gamma — and lets you ask for a demo, register interest, or ask about a build. Nothing is bought or sold through it, and nothing on it is a contract. A product is provided under its own written agreement, made with your company before it is used.
Enquiries
Sending a form asks us to get in touch. It does not commit you to anything and it does not commit us to a price, a date or a feature: those are agreed in writing, later, if at all. What the forms collect and what it is used for is on the privacy page.
Accuracy
The pages describe the products as they are at the time of writing. Screens, figures and the order of work are illustrations of how the systems behave, drawn for this site, and not a promise that yours will look the same. Where a page says a product is not open, it is not open.
Use of the site
You may read it and link to it. You may not copy its text or its drawings into another product or another site, send its forms automated traffic, or try to reach any part of the systems it links to that you have not been given access to.
Liability
The site is offered as it is. We take care that what it says is true, and we correct it when it is not, but we accept no liability for a decision made on the strength of a page rather than an agreement.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. T One Solutions is based in Dubai.
