Two systems for the two halves of the same industry.
A joinery factory and a fit-out contractor do not do the same work, so they
do not get the same system with half the features switched off. They are separate products
with separate sign-ins, and you buy either on its own.
Both are built and both can be demonstrated on your own job. Neither is open for sign-up yet — each
one has to carry a live job for a company that is not us before it carries a price, and
that is the only thing standing in the way of either.
Five rows, and you will know which. If both products look partly like
you, that is normal in this industry — and if neither does, Gamma is the
answer to that too.

Your own system, built to order

Who it is for
AlphaYou make the thing. Kitchen
manufacturers and joinery contractors — out of your own factory, or bought in from a
supplier and installed as yours.
BetaYou finish the space. Fit-out and
construction contractors — you take a shell and hand back a finished floor, through
other trades.
GammaNeither of those. A
manufacturer who also contracts, a trade nobody writes software for, or a way of
working that is genuinely your own.
What one job is
AlphaOne villa kitchen, or three hundred
near-identical ones in a tower. Priced, confirmed, ordered, delivered,
installed.
BetaA site split into packages, each one let to
a subcontractor. Programmed, progressed, varied, snagged, handed over.
GammaWhatever your job actually is.
We model the stages you run rather than fitting your work to a shape drawn
for somebody else.
Who signs
AlphaA homeowner on a confirmation, or a
developer and its QS, with a BOQ and five engineering approvals behind it.
BetaA main contractor, a landlord, or a brand
rolling the same shop out ten times.
GammaThe same people who sign today —
on your documents, with your numbering and your letterhead.
What the system has to hold
AlphaCatalogue prices and a costing that keeps
its margin, the documents they sign, and every unit tracked to its own
handover.
BetaPackages and subcontractors, site progress,
variations, and a snag list that actually closes.
GammaWhatever the work holds. Your
stages, your gates, and the rules about what must never happen out of order.
What today costs you, without it
AlphaA price out of the door before anyone
approved it, and a supplier ordered from before the client had signed a thing.
BetaWork done on site that nobody raised a
variation for, and a handover held up by snags nobody wrote down.
GammaThe gap between how you work
and what your software lets you record — paid for in spreadsheets, and in people
ringing each other to ask where something is.
The two products
So take the one that is yours.

If the left-hand column was your week, this is the one. It carried a
working kitchen company — quotations, confirmations, containers, handovers — for
months, which is why it is finished and why it is not a prototype.
Retail and projects kept apart, so you take the side you actually run
One account for the whole company, not a price per person
Your catalogue, your margins, your numbering, your letterhead
Four tools on one sign-in, and a demo you can bring your own job to
If the right-hand column was your week, this one is built — a project
in seven sections, a panel that says what wants you today, and a cost report that
forecasts rather than reports. What it has not done yet is run a live job for
somebody who is not us, so it does not carry a price.
The same rule as Alpha: it carries a real project before anyone pays for it
No price yet, and no date promised — you would only have to hold us to it
Ask for a demo and you will see the whole thing, honestly labelled
If neither column was your week, this is the one that is actually open.
Both products above exist because a company needed one and nothing fitted — that
method is not spent, and your workflow is where it starts.
Your stages, your gates, your vocabulary — not a settings screen over somebody else’s model
Quoted per company, because no two of these are the same size
We will say plainly if one of the two above would have done instead
Plenty of companies here do both — a factory that also fits out, a
contractor with its own joinery shop. You are not asked to pretend otherwise, and you
are not asked to buy both to be taken seriously.
One company account will hold whatever you take. Starting with one of
them costs you nothing later: the account, the sign-ins and the bill are the same ones
the other would join.
Register on whichever is closer and say so, and you will be told
when that one opens — a straighter answer than being shown the wrong product.
Your company · what you hold
🔒 Kitchen & joinery management — joins this account when it opens
✓ One sign-in each, for everyone in the company
✓ One bill, one company, any number of people
🔒 Fitout & construction — joins this account when it is ready
Gamma · if neither fits
Then the system is the thing we build.
Both products above exist because a company needed one and nothing on
the market fitted. Neither was a market study — they were a real business with a real
problem, and the second one is being built the same way as the first.
So if your work runs on a flow that neither models — a manufacturer
who also contracts, a trade nobody writes software for, a process that is genuinely your
own — the flow is where we start rather than where we make you compromise.
Gamma
Your stages. Your gates. Your words for them.
Not a settings screen laid over somebody else's model of the job. The
model itself: what the stages are, what opens each one, what must never happen out of
order, and what your documents are called.
01
We watch the job run
Days inside your business with the people doing the work, not a specification
written at a distance.
02
We model it back
The stages and the rules between them, in your vocabulary. You correct it before
a line is written.
03
One real job first
Live work and real money, exactly what both products above had to survive before
they were offered to anyone.
04
Then it is yours
Your catalogue, numbering and letterhead. Hosted for you, or on a server in your
own office.
Quoted per company — no two are the same size, so
a price on this page would be a made-up one. Bring the flow that fits nothing and you
will get a straight answer on the scale of it, including the answer nobody else gives
you: that one of the two finished systems would have done.
Forty minutes on a live
quotation and a tower you are halfway through is the fastest way to find out whether any
of this fits how you work. If it does not, we would rather you knew now.
