What we build for
A kitchen and joinery factory, a mall fit-out and a villa's interior share almost no process. Anyone selling one system for all three has not run any of them.
A villa kitchen priced from the catalogue with a margin that holds, and a 300-unit tower tendered by the hundred — engineering gates, containers, every flat tracked to its own handover. One system for both sides of the business.

How we work
Software for a trade cannot be specified from outside it. Every system we make is written for a company that has to use it that week, on jobs worth real money, with people who say so when it gets in the way.

Not a pilot and not a case study. These are from the company the first system was built inside, while it was being built.
Gamma · built to order
These systems exist because companies needed them and nothing on the market fitted. That is the whole method, and it is not spent: if your work runs on a flow that none of the products models, the flow is the thing we start from.
